Super cheap room with thin blankets, but I got to check in early.

The breakfast options were quite satisfying in the mornings.
During my stay, I faced several issues that left me disappointed. The air conditioning unit in my room was incredibly noisy, making it hard to get a good night's sleep. It felt like I had been given a room that no one else wanted, and my requests for help from the night clerk went unanswered because of the language barrier. the hotel's location, while central, meant that I often heard street noise well into the night, making my stay far from peaceful.

A hidden gem by the gate
Staying at Rivoli Hotel felt like stepping into a charming pocket of Jerusalem. The friendly staff made sure our needs were met. I especially appreciated the lovely breakfast spread, a delightful way to start a day of exploration!
The noise from the street at night could be distracting, especially for light sleepers. The lack of an elevator made lugging bags to the second floor a bit of a workout.

while the staff were nice, it's absurd that I was given a room with a toilet cistern that broke and, guess what, thin curtains that let the sunrise pour in like an obnoxious alarm clock. I truly expected an upgrade for my troubles but alas, I was treated like anyone else. I almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after long days of exploring.
The bathroom was a bit congested, making it somewhat uncomfortable to use.

I had a great stay with delicious buffet breakfasts and clean, comfortable rooms! The only downside was the street noise at night. I'd definitely choose this place again!

A Cautionary Tale for Travelers
Our experience was marred by bedbugs and a distressing encounter with hotel management. Avoid lower floors due to noise. The purported air conditioning was ineffective—all we had was an open window.

The room was decent but pretty dated. There were some stains on the carpet, and the shower was quite tiny. It got a bit cold at night, but they provided extra blankets, which was nice. I felt safe during my stay, and it was clean enough. Honestly, it was more about the location than luxury. I could easily explore everything from there.
